Why am I writing about this song? First off, this track is completely FREE and it's available here.
Second, these Venezuelans stay rooted and deliver us an album rich of fusion/folk/rock.. hell, they cover a lot of different sounds (yes, you did hear bagpipes on track six).
Third, I think I'm just excited to throw this track on a mix for a nice, long drive home to Maryland.
This song just flows, simply put.
Sounds and Colours seem to think so as well, naming La Otrabanda's newest release, Pueblo People/Vibrant People to their "Top 5 Albums of 2010...so far" list.
